  • Same Day Service: Orders placed after 12:00 PM WITA will be processed the following day.

What is Jelly Dream’s return/exchange policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of receiving the products.

Please ensure that:

  • Product tags are still intact

  • The original packaging is included

How do I return or exchange my product?

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Approval: Once your request is received, we’ll review your case and confirm the return/exchange eligibility.

  3. Return Shipping: You will be provided with the return address and any additional instructions if necessary. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is damaged or defective.

  4. Processing: Once the returned item is received, we will process your return or exchange within working days (Monday-Friday).

How should I pack my return?

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please follow these guidelines for packing:

  • Repack the item in its original packaging (including any tags, labels, & original box or bag).

  • Ensure the product is unused and in resalable condition.

  • Seal the package securely to avoid damage during shipping.

  • Include your order name and shipping information (address and contact details) inside the package.

  • Contact our customer service team on WhatsApp to inform us of your return. Please provide your order details, including the tracking number, if applicable.
