  • For sizing, please refer to the size chart on each product page, as each brand may have different measurements.

  • When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • We may cancel or adjust orders due to product availability, payment issues, or suspicious activity.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed are final unless stated otherwise.

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

  • In case of pricing or product errors, we may cancel or adjust the order and notify you.

4. Shipping

  • Shipping is carried out on business days:

    • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM WITA

    • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM WITA

  • No shipping on Sundays or national holidays.

  • Orders placed during operational hours will be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed outside operational hours will be processed on the next business day.

  • Delivery times depend on the courier and your location.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our full Return & Exchange Policy. Summary:

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, with tags attached and complete original packaging.

  • Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • An unboxing video showing the package before it has been opened must be provided.

  • Contact our WhatsApp for approval before sending anything back.
