Return & Exchange Policy

General Terms

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days after the order is received.
    Requests made after this period cannot be processed.

  • Sale/discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

  • Items must be in 100% brand new condition, including:

    • Tags still attached

    • Unused, unworn, undamaged, and unmarked

    • Complete original packaging, including box, plastic, protective materials, and any gifts or inserts

  • Jelly Dreams reserves the right to decline returns/exchanges if the item does not meet these conditions.

Unboxing Video Requirement

  • Customers must provide a complete unboxing video to be eligible for any return or exchange.

  • The video must begin before the package is opened, clearly showing the package in unopened condition, and continue without pauses, cuts, or edits.

  • Videos submitted after the package has already been opened cannot be accepted.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Jelly Dreams Customer Service via WhatsApp at +62 8195051083 for the fastest response.

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Customer name

    • Item to be returned or exchanged

    • Reason for return/exchange

    • Unboxing video (required) and any additional photos/videos if requested

  3. Our team will review your submission and confirm whether the return/exchange can be processed.
    Please do not ship or submit any item before receiving our approval.

Return Shipping & Process

  • If approved, we will share the return instructions via WhatsApp.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the error is from Jelly Dreams (e.g., wrong item/size sent).

  • After the item is received and inspected, the exchange process will proceed.
    If the requested replacement is unavailable, an alternative item of equal value will be offered.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds; only exchanges are available, depending on item eligibility and stock availability.

  • Final eligibility decisions for returns/exchanges are made solely by Jelly Dreams Indonesia.
